Made was created in 2012 with a simple mission to help create more American jobs. So today, we work with clients that make things here, grow things here or are committed to supporting a resurgence in American job creation, even if it means saying no to the kind of clients other agencies drool over. Crazy? Maybe. But like most crazy things, it feels really good.

Ok, well this shouldn’t be a huge surprise to anyone. We’re an ad agency. We make ads. Our teams create everything from national Print and TV to Digital, Mobile and Tablet. Everything you’d expect from an agency 10x our size. But unlike some agencies, there is no B team. Our young teams work directly with the most senior people in our office to make sure the work is always amazing.
Technology
Our creative technologists are the best in the business. They don’t just make things, they invent new experiences from the ground up. Creating native mobile apps, experience design, rapid prototypes, web applications and large-scale enterprise integration right here at Made. And they don’t just collaborate with our creative teams, they’re part of them – we team writers with UX designers, devs with art directors and mobile architects with all of the above. Which leads not only to great ideas, but digitally relevant ones too.

For some agencies, this is a department. For us, it’s a way of life. Everything is social today. It isn’t just about a “like” or how many followers you have. It’s about true engagement. Anyone can buy their way to big numbers, but we want rich engagement along the way. Because in the end, a like or a view or a retweet means nothing if it doesn’t drive a transaction.

It doesn’t matter what you do or say if you look bad doing it. There is a visceral, immeasurable power in great design. That power can put a new brand on the radar or force reappraisal of an old brand. At Made, we have a profound respect for design. Which is why we have the best.

Yes, we have a strategy department that is versed in traditional planning and cutting edge ways of tracking your brand’s health, but it doesn’t stop at their briefs. Our strategists make sure the entire agency is rooted in understanding who the brand is, what the opportunities are and how the heck we are going to reach our goals.
