One patch made overseas, the other (thicker thread, richer color) in America

We love the Made trucker hats and so do our customers. Yesterday we realized that although we went to great lengths to find what is perhaps the only remaining trucker hat that’s cut, sewn and assembled in the U.S., we still messed up. Our first run of Made patches that we did with a local vendor were made in the U.S.. When we called and ordered another run to sew on our new truckers hats we assumed we’d get more made in America patches. Well you know what they say happens when you assume. Luckily a crack intern realized the patches were not the same. Turns out they were made overseas.

We take full responsibility. So we are letting everybody know that if you recently bought a Made trucker hat there is a chance that the patch was not made here. It’s our job to be vigilant and when we didn’t double check on our supplier we let you down and we let ourselves down. We know you buy with your values and take this mission to restore American manufacturing as seriously as we do.

First we want to apologize. Secondly we’re offering an exchange or refund to anybody that would like one. A patch recall if you will. Your trucker hat is completely safe and defective only in the origin of the patch.
